In the spare time you can pleasantly walk riding or using mountain bike, playing bowls and bows, swimming, harvesting wild vegetables, taking part in the agricultural activities of the farm, such as the growing, the fresh milk and the preparation for cheeses.
The farm has a classical, local, simple and tasty Mediterranean cookery, with generous starters which exalt the biological production of the farm, with delicate first courses of fresh homemade pasta and main courses with genuine meat from local farming. It offers seasonal products which are dressed with the ancient natural dressing, the exclusive local olive oil.
Ceramics is on the plates for dishes and on the jugs for the wine produced by the farm through hundred-year old varieties of grapes, such as “Nerello” and “Nero D’Avola” just taken from the wooden barrels.
You can taste seasonal fruits such as the typical and tasty grapes, apples and water melon, figs, peaches, red oranges, prickly pears and other typical Sicilian fruits.

Among the typical dishes: “I Cavati del Casale” with pistachios and almonds, homemade pasta with soft cheese (ricotta) and wild asparagus or with “macco” (Sicilian cream of broad beans) and the tastiest “Cassatelle di ricotta” as typical sweet in Caltagirone.
At the end of the meals the farm offers typical sweets as the “Cassatelle di ricotta” , the “collorelle”, and Easter “Cassatelle”.
In the farm there is a small laboratory where milk becomes typical Sicilian cheeses.
Guided visits to Caltagirone and other interesting, cultural and archeological places such as “Villa Romana del Casale” in Piazza Armerina, “Morgantina”, “Kamarina” etc.
